Inspection process was smooth from start to finish. Report was detailed. Service was prompt. However, there were several items which were missed/incorrectly inspected (e.g. electrical sockets without power supply, router connections not working, poor drainage in bathroom). This was discovered only close to moving in and after moving in, which resulted in more hassle in engaging repair/maintenance personnel. Service recovery by offering re-inspection was made but damage has been done.
